Do I need to make an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?We recommend making an appointment to ensure availability, but we also welcome walk-ins based on stylist availability.

If I come in during my lunch break, will the stylist mind if I answer my phone or if I work on my laptop?You're more than welcome to work on your laptop or phone. We offer an access to our wi-fi and sockets if needed. Feel free to bring your lunch as well.

Do you have gift cards or vouchers available?Yes, we do. Please enquire more at the salon or by giving us a call.

Do I need a skin test before I have my hair coloured?If you have any colour on the scalp and you're not a regular client at Twins, you need to do a skin test before your appointment. Please allow at least 48 hours between the skin test and your colour service.

Is there a parking?The salon doesn't have its own parking but there are paid parking spots outside the salon on the road. There are also car parks nearby.

Can I book an appointment online?We firmly believe in offering you the tailored and bespoke service you deserve. That's why we prefer to arrange bookings either over the phone or in person at the salon, ensuring a more personalised experience.

Do I have to pay for a consultation?All consultations at Twins Hair Studio are free. Please call us to book your 15 minute consultation.

Can I have a consultation over the phone?At Twins we don't provide consultations over the phone. Please give us a call to book your consultation at the salon.

Can I get a free fringe trim at your hairdressers?Yes, we offer free fringe trims to our regular clients.

Is there a disabled access?Yes, there's disabled access to the main area of the salon. However, there are 3 steps leading to the basins.
